Runyon who grew up in L. a., required his cafe-saloon to reflect an Outdated West that had very long disappeared, equally as the town landscape of his youth. The aptly named Aged Put took root in a very construction designed close to 1914 in the juncture of Mulholland Freeway and Troutdale Travel which at the time housed a typical retail store and
